Gensler's Los Angeles office is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide direct support Studio Directors, Principals, as well as general assistance to project teams

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist Principal & Directors with administrative aspects of projects including proposals, contracts, meeting notes & project filing
  • Assist with collection of time sheets, consultant and billing invoice
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Assist with contracts
  • Authorization letters
  • Submittal Review and Administration
  • Job Folder Administrations
  • Sample Ordering and Following up
Requirements
  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience in an administrative support position
  • Must have experience in Architecture/Design Firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with InDesign is preferred
  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize required
  • Must be organized, efficient and enjoy working with a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as must
