Join A Company Today That Is Committed to Your Career…Project CoordinatorReporting to the Manager of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), the Project Coordinator will be responsible for project coordination activities and typically working with several Project Managers at any time. Project Managers run projects from small projects to very complex projects and will need help in coordinating meetings, developing status reports, managing resources and communications, putting together Steering Committee Decks, along with various other project administrative tasks. This role will also have support responsibilities for two separate tools, Project Server and ITM (a Time Management system used by the department). Position Requirements Associate's degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience One (1) to Three (3) years experience Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools (MS Project and Project Server) Good knowledge of analysis, problem solving and structured approaches to identifying solutions Very good written and verbal communication and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders to achieve project goals Ability to multi-task, follow up on and manage competing priorities Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
