The Project Coordinator (PC) supports Project Managers working to complete Project Management Life-Cycle (PMLC) deliverables and coordinate stage-gate exit reviews The PC reports project data that will serve as input to EPMO metrics and supports the project managers by helping to maintain the MS Project schedule, resource allocations, status reports/scorecards and project budgets/forecasts. The PC also assists with the development and maintenance of project management deliverables and reports related to planning, scheduling, tracking, and risks / issues management. PC also provides administrative support to the Portfolio and Project Managers assigned to him/her. Occasionally, the PC may also manage small projects.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Associates degree with extensive experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience related to project planning, organization, tracking and administration. Must be able to support multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with project management tool required; MS Project preferred.

Skilled in Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Analytical with familiarity of financial calculations used on projects.

Must be able to work effectively across multiple departments; superior communication skills are required.

Familiarity with Project Management and Systems Development lifecycle methodologies.

Demonstrates self-initiative, excellent organizational skills, and ability to adapt to change.

Understands the importance of maintaining the physical and technical security and privacy of protected health information (PHI).

Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus
