The opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join this global organization which respects diverse perspectives, experiences, and traditions as essential, and values each employee’s contribution toward achieving our business objectives.
Responsible for initiation of client and new projects; setting up administrative and project notebooks, client files, ALIS; alert QAU to update Master Schedule.
Coordinate sample receipt, tracking and storage; participate in accessioning of samples; any necessary communications to site or client.
Responsible for updating WIP (Work In-Progress) report weekly and tracking projects to make sure timelines are being met through coordination with Project Analysts and Project Managers/Principal Investigators.
Responsible for creating prep batches, worksheets, plate setups in ALIS, data reduction, data review and final analytical report that is written according to SOPs and ready for QAU review.
Responsible for following GLP guidelines and laboratory SOPs and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsible for supervising and overseeing respective Associate Project Coordinator.

- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data and/or project management preferred.
