The Translational Oncology Project Management group is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the placement of pre-clinical efficacy studies with contract research organizations (CROs). The individual will be responsible for protocol development, data analysis, database administration, and communication of study results.
-Interface between scientist and CRO to develop study protocols
-Coordinate transfer of test article to the CRO
-Perform data analysis and documentation in database
-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with a variety of scientific staff across multiple functional areas
-Must be detail orientated, highly organized and able to manage multiple studies and tasks.
-Must have strong scientific skills, including understanding of experimental design and interpretation of results, good judgment and excellent analytical skills
-Experience working with tumor xenograft models is required
-Must have high degree of flexibility, adapting to changing business priorities as necessary
-A BA or BS degree in the life sciences
-Minimum 4 years research experience is desired
