Project Description: Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management. Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects. Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget. Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicates with internal clients and external vendors.

The current location on this SR is Pleasanton, CA, but the team will soon be moving to the Telecommunication location in San Ramon, CA. Please submit candidates that are local to San Ramon only.

Job Description: Technical Project management support and data entry including document uploads and entering data changes to company systems including Siterra, CSS, CTS, ITS, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Access Database. Process inventory changes associated with modifications, New Site Builds, and changes from internal audits and operations activities; and ensure Mobility EH&S related equipment and hazmat information is accurately updated in the appropriate databases. Ensure other internal business units are appropriately notified of hazmat changes for regulatory reporting purposes. Coordinate and create CTS work-order tickets for internal EH&S audits and corrective actions associated with regulatory agency inspections and other operations activities. Regularly interact with operations staff, external agencies (regulatory agencies) to schedule and follow-up with regulatory agency inspection activities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic work-environment with constantly changing priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player. Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to manage database and spreadsheet manipulation.
