Publishers Clearing House (PCH), headquartered in Port Washington, NY, is a multi-channel direct marketer of value-based merchandise, magazines and promotional offers and a leading provider of digital 'play and win' entertainment. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team to support all lines of business. This ideal candidate oversees and reports on the production activity with lettershops and requires daily interaction with vendors, various operations groups and the IT Department.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Prepare mailing specification documents and review all data to ensure that programming has been set up according to mailing requirements

Monitor production activity and verify production reports to insure that all documents are processed

Work with appropriate areas on programming and implementing new projects/system enhancements

Verify lettershop production reports to ensure that all documents from each release are processed

Create, maintain and update schedules which illustrate all package splits and components for each clearing

This is a New York based position; candidate must reside in the tri-state area.

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business or related area

3 - 5 years experience

Strong experience in dealing with all user and analyzing user requirements and documenting them for user sign off

Strong interpersonal skills

Experience in communicating technical knowledge to system users is a must

Ability to quickly grasp the logic and data flow of in-house and out-of-house systems

Must have strong analytical skills and organizational skills

Must be detail oriented
