The Project Analyst will design, develop and establish processes and reporting standards for all software development projects. The candidate will also be expected to prepare weekly management status updates to ensure projects are within defined budget and meet project timelines.

DUTIES

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining project reports as well as supporting the project manager with reporting requests for multiple projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create processes and reporting mechanisms to track due dates, employee time allocation, and expenses across multiple software development projects
  • Support all levels of the organization by collecting, analyzing, interpreting project data and using standard reporting tools
  • Manage competing priorities and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accountable for standardizing reporting and ensuring projects are properly tracked
  • Monitor and report project status throughout the development process
  • Track and compare project's estimated expenses and timeline with actual results
  • Coordinate the proper reporting from team members for each project and drive team members to complete the reporting requirements
  • Provide input and recommendations to management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel, proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must be a self-starter who will find creative solutions to problems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
