We currently have an opening for a best-in-class Project Coordinator. This role is responsible for facilitating and supporting all facets of any given project lifecycle from conception to completion. Project Coordinators collaborate with Project Managers, business and IT stakeholders to ensure that all assigned projects are successfully delivered on time with minimal risk or disruption to day-to-day business operations. They maintain a comprehensive understanding of active projects and track progress of multiple initiatives to help drive them to completion. Additionally, Project Coordinators are responsible for scheduling meetings; compiling and disseminating meeting notes and project documentation; running network reports and analytics; post project evaluations; and collaborating/updating key business partners of any changes to systems or processes.

Support Project Manager on a range of projects from product development and rollouts, system integrations, business processes, and company initiatives

Ensure adequate resource utilization by preparing, updating and maintaining individual and master project schedules

Oversee multiple project schedules to support meeting project deliverables and adhering to project management methodologies and scheduling guidelines

Develop project resource plans and resource forecasting with related parties to ensure appropriate capacity and utilization

Track progress of multiple projects and help drive them to completion

Run network reports and analysis that will be used to build business cases for new projects

Upon completion of projects, assist in determining the success of the outcome, follow up on any outstanding issues, and document improvements for the next iteration (if any)

Interface with partners to resolve issues and update them on any changes to systems or process

Assist with the management of task queue using Jira ticketing system

Schedule meetings

Compile and disseminate meeting notes and project documentation

Skills & Experience:
Advanced degree

1 – 4 years of experience in digital advertising or at agency

Exceptional organization and time management skills

Highly self-motivated

Strong customer-service orientation

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Articulate, good telephone demeanor and positive attitude

Strong attention to detail

Able to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and tailor your message accordingly

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and quickly find a resolution

Must be able to work independently

Comfortable in a dynamic, unstructured start-up environment

Experience with Salesforce and Ad Servers (DoubleClick, MediaMind, Atlas) a huge plus

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
