Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is a member of the Service Delivery for SecureConnect's Managed Security Services (MSS) business. He or she is responsible for coordinating the implementation of network security devices and products that enable delivery of MSS into a variety of simple to complex network environments. This position handles all customer communications from the time of sale to the completion of the project. This may include but not limited to customer assessment, network discovery, data gathering, appointment scheduling, and documentation. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for managing the overall pilot and proof-of-concept process, working closely with the Sales organization to deploy services for potential client's to evaluate.

DUTIES

Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks related to new orders such as work order creation, assessment form processing, welcome communications, and appointment scheduling.
  • Perform pre-installation network discovery tasks in order together client requirements to be passed along to the configuration team.
  • Prepare project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work independently on medium to high complexity customer orders.
  • Scheduling of installations between customers and third party vendors.
  • Work under pressure on multiple projects with tight schedules.
  • Interface with a variety of customers in a polite, positive and professional manner.
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of projects.
QUALIFICATIONS

Strongly Desired Experience:
  • 2 or more years of project management experience
  • 1 year of Information Technology or Information Security experience preferred
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong oral (phone) and written (e-mail) communication skills
  • Self-managed and team oriented
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Highly motivated
