We have a signed contract from customer, FindLaw, to add an additional resource. We currently have one employee in this role.
One of our customers created a new line of social media product line. Their goal is to over-time; grow the influence of their end client’s social media profiles in a natural and relevant way. Turning followers into fans, people who respect and value the business as a resource, is another goal. Relevant, timely, content is one of the best ways to grow the authority of the profiles.
The Research and QA staff will be coordinate content sourcing, maintenance, integration and syndication activities as per customer provided guidelines and business rules.
In this role, the staff will ensure accuracy in the weekly content sourcing activities (to be performed by other teams) for each social media profile.
Research and validate the type of content sourced for posting on the end client’s social media profile, created by our customers at Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+
Monitor on-going activities such as "Tweets" and "Re-Tweets" as well as "Following" other accounts that can positively impact the growth of the "Followers" to the clients account
Suggested content must meet specific requirements such as target Practice Area (PA) and Location (GEO) so that the posts on these profiles reflect what a firm is targeting for their Social Media campaigns
Selected content must meet the content selection, validation best practices, recommendations on style and appearance
Learn dynamic content requirement best practices for each client
Provide the sourcing team with feedback and support on fulfillment issues
Assist teams in business process and metric documentation
Assist with training new employees
Work with teams to identify and resolve content quality and other processing issues
Provide input on business processes to suggest potential efficiencies to customer
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
1+ years experience in content testing and validation support role strongly preferred
Should be familiar with Social Media vocabulary especially Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ as well as the best practices and style-guide that will be outlined by our customer
Knowledge of best practices related to each social media platform / processes preferred
Knowledge of SAP Systems and MS Office preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions based on knowledge of business objectives
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a great attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written verbal, listening and interpersonal)
Confident, helpful and customer service oriented preferred
Work well independently and as a part of team
Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast paced work environment
