Our Environmental Services group is dedicated to managing environmental issues professionally and proactively. We provide integrated, multidisciplinary services to identify and assess liabilities and risks, and to develop solutions to site management, remediation, and mitigation. Our staff of professionals includes specialists in marine biology, wetland science, wildlife biology, soil science, fisheries biology, botany, hydrogeology, hydrology, water resources management, forestry, habitat and ecosystem restoration, permitting, GIS, information management, environmental monitoring, in-situ/ex-situ remedial design and implementation, human health and ecological risk assessments, air quality permitting and reporting, pipeline compliance, stormwater permitting and planning, and audit support services . Responsibilities:
Stantec’s New England region Environmental Services practice seeks a Project Coordinator who will provide support to the Water Resources and Ecological Services Divisions. The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include the following:
Conduct reviews of reports, proposals, and permit application materials.
Prepare project correspondence and report deliverables.
Lead and organize proposal and marketing efforts
Compile, track, and deliver report, proposal, and application materials.
Prepare marketing materials for completed and in-progress projects and services, as requested.
Maintain project schedules, staff schedules, field schedule, and staff resumes.
Maintain project files, including organization of project communications, deliverables, and data.
Support Group Managers and Project Managers with internal and external correspondence.
Track compliance with project work orders and work plans
Organize literature resources

Qualifications:
Required:
Four year degree.
At least two years of professional experience writing and/or editing technical reports.
Proficiency with Microsoft products and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle numerous writing projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience with developing proposals, grants, and marketing materials.
Experience with file structure creation and maintenance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization are imperative
Strong work ethic, sense of humor, and desire for team success.

Desired:
Experience and interest working in the fields of biology, natural resource management, land use planning, or environmental policy.
Project management or paralegal experience and experience with EndNote
