Job Title: Project Data Analyst II
Position Description: The Project Data Analyst supports a federal government client within the HR Recruitment area.
This position requires a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience. Demonstrated experience is required in instructing and assisting applicants in accurately completing required federal documents/forms related to the department (i.e., Standard Form 86; Standard Form 52). Must have ability/demonstrated experience with: drafting and constructing tentative offers and close out letters to applicants based on qualifications in a federal setting; coordinating background investigation requests from security programs; assuring regulatory requirements are met; assembling and maintaining federal applicant files.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent communications (oral and written) and customer service skills are required.
Experience in successfully managing high volume, time sensitive, discretionary information related to the aforementioned requirements is a must.
The ability to interact with co-workers and clients face to face and in meeting settings is required.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or other equivalent degree program.
Clearance Requirements: Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check. Active DOD clearance required.
