Purpose of Position
In collaboration with UT System Institutions, provide coordination and project management for a variety of educational initiatives including distance education. Partner with UT Institutions to build and deliver world class education.
Serve as the expert combining analysis, feedback, and knowledge to translate visions into project roadmaps. Manage multiple large-scale, multi campus projects simultaneously. Develop and manage a set scope of work within the projects to be delivered through effective expectations setting, communications, change management control, budget control and management, and overall understanding of the project needs. Develop and implement a quality assurance process to ensure all objectives are met, milestones are achieved, and stakeholders are satisfied. Establish, implement and monitor on going comprehensive communication plans to ensure appropriate and effective communication with all U. T. Institutions, internal and external constituent groups. Track project effectiveness post launch and continue to improve and refine product. Assist and advise the Executive Director for The Institute for Transformational Learning and the U. T. System Institutions in achievement of goals.
Other related functions as assigned.
Masters in education related field and five years related experience.
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
