The Project Document Adminstrator is responsible for reviewing and filing documentation relating to EDPR NA projects. Projects may involve reviewing service agreement contracts, confidentiality agreements and permits to operate or new construction. Incumbent will spend 30-40% of their time managing the organization of the legal file room.


•Reviews incoming project documents and enters pertinent information into database
•Files hard-copy documents within the physical filing system and maintains an orderly filing area
•Files electronic documents in the electronic filing system
•Maintains project-related e-mail filing in Outlook public folders
•Scans hard copy documents into .pdf format
•Processes department orders for supplies
•Prepares both routine and customized reports of project documentation
•Assists employees with locating documents
•Provides instruction on filing system processes to company employees as needed
•Provides backup for other members of Project Document and Land teams as needed
•Additional duties as required

Position Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate’s Degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in technical, energy, or legal industry (Paralegal certification preferred)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and databases.

Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail is critical, Oral, written communication and presentation skills are essential.
The ability to be self-motivated and work independently is key.
Experience with contracts and technical documentation within the energy industry preferred
