Develop and execute engineering project plan. Lead multidisciplinary engineering team to develop innovative laser products for industrial, military and medical applications to meet customers’ schedule and budgetary constraints, while balancing performance, risk and technology advancements
Lead the pursuit and capture of new laser development programs. Work with customers to understand the users’ needs, develop strategic capture plan and system requirements; coordinate proposal writing and costing
Work with program office to develop business strategy and technology roadmaps that will sustain the grow of the business
