Job Overview
To provide HSSE Management System support services and HSE training to the integrated JP Kenny project team. Roles & Responsibilities

Improve HSSE awareness and behaviours through formal training of individuals and teams
Review existing training packages and propose improvements/ further developments.
Provide HSSE leadership support and Management System expertise support to the Project Director, Project Manager and Project Team.
Proactively support the development of a positive HSSE commitment and increased levels of HSSE engagement with all project team members.
Ensure that both JP Kenny and Client Corporate HSSE requirements are consistently understood, adhered to in a positive mode and that compliance with such processes are maintained and implemented accordingly.
Support Project Management with the provision of HSSE related statistics for Performance Management and other reporting.

Report of HSSE activities in line with overall project schedule and client requirements inclusive of Project HSSE Key Performance Indicators.
Identify areas that can be enhanced to continuously improve HSSE Performance and reinforce a positive HSSE Culture. The focus being not only on personal safety but on the reduction of Major Accident Risk.
Facilitate continual improvement in HSSE Culture through regular audits and coaching of individuals and/or project team.
Take the lead in identification and scoping of HSSE deliverables and activities required to support the project.
Development and maintenance of Project HSSE Plan in alignment with Client and JPK Corporate QHSE Management System, standards, processes and HSSE Objectives and Targets.
Support HSSE engineering execution; ensure compliance with procedures, specifications and accepted engineering practices. Experience Required

Recent experience in preparing and delivering HSE Training.
Experience in auditing Management systems.
