Title Project Leader (Indirect) (Professional) Description Creates or assists in the creation of project plans Monitors the work of team members Position Description This position will support the Consumables Value Stream by providing analytical project management and website support They will work with the functional (Supply Chain Manufacturing and Product Support Engineering) departments within the organization to drive improvements and execute value stream strategy Position Responsibilities Responsible for Consumables Share Builder site content and maintenance Work with internal team and Key Suppliers to implement ECE (External Collaboration Environment) Lead technology and process improvement projects in accordance with strategy Provide project support for Strategic initiatives and other continuous improvement activities Point of Contact for key performance metrics and dashboards Will work closely with entities outside of the Value Stream responsible for metric reporting Create additional metricsdashboards for functional departments as required Will own the financial evaluation of new initiatives to include data mining and analytics to optimize business decisions Develop implement and maintain a consistent Project Management framework and dashboard to best execute the established plans Maintain and continuously improve the execution of the projects by developing tracking tools creating templates and offering best practice suggestions Basic Qualifications AA degree in Business Engineering Materials Management or equivalent Project Management Experience 2 years of analytical finance experience compiling and analyzing data and metrics in order to recommend solutions for efficiencies Advanced Excel Business Warehouse SAP and Business Objects experience Excellent CommunicationPresentation skills DesiredPreferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies Experience with process improvements and change management Skills Education LevelHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Oral CommunicationGood Written CommunicationGood Education LevelUndergraduate Degree Associate Degree Industry Experience1 3 Years Oral CommunicationGood Written CommunicationGood (PROJECT LEADER over 2.0 year(s) ) AND (EXCEL over 2.0 year(s) ) AND (BUSINESS OBJECTS over 2.0 year(s) ) AND (SAP )
