Bachelor's Degree

Project manager will direct all design consultants’ and contractors’ efforts to ensure all projects meet primary objectives, maintain schedule and budget. The project manager will develop high level project budgets prior to project initiation.

Project manager directs construction management activities including but not limited to contractor selection, quality and safety review and compliance of construction to industry standards, hospital expectations and all applicable local, state, national and Joint Commission codes and regulations.

Project manager will assist in budgeting and installing medical equipment.

Project Manager will communicate schedules, budgets and progress with occupants and stakeholders of each project. Position will interface daily with hospital administration, department heads, physicians, nursing services and maintenance staff.

Project manager will direct design and installation of signage throughout the health system through the internal sign shop and/or external vendors.Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare design/construction. Project Manager shall have experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of medical equipment coordination is preferred. Project Manager shall have a strong ability to manage project budgets and schedules and communicate these as well as design objectives to multiple project stakeholders. Bachelor's degree required. CHFM and/or CHC required or attained within 1 year of employment. Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare design/construction. Experience managing multiple construciton projects simultaneously is required.
