- 5 + Years Experience Required Req# 13683 Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing enterprise wide projects. Responsible for development and maintenance of detailed project plans, leading project status meetings, and overall project coordination to ensure a timely delivery within budget. Maintain intimate knowledge of all technical and business issues associated with assigned projects. Responsible for creation of project documents (e.g., definition, scope, etc.), monitoring, and maintaining detailed project plans and work effort which include resources, dependencies, and accurate work hours estimates for all project tasks and activities. Provide assistance, support and recommendations to other staff as needed, as well as provide project management mentoring to more junior staff members. Coordinate development of complete technical and business documentation for all project activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows Palomar Health rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of Palomar Health.
Preferred education : Masters Degree in Business, Computer Sciences or Healthcare related field
Minimum Experience : 5+ years of project management
Preferred Experience : 7 - 10 years of project management in healthcare related field
Experience with Information Systems
