Be the liaison and POC for tracking of milestones and will be responsible for tracking and keeping accountability of projects to include
  • Modification requests written, Po numbers for products purchased, PO input for Contractor hired, Regulatory filings, Regulatory received, Scope of Work Dates, Installation Dates, Notice to Proceed issuance as well as working in our People Soft purchasing system to request product funding and PO issuance
  • Account for antennas purchased and updating microwave trackers and ensuring the construction and status of projects is on track to completion
  • Work with various departments and vendors
  • Escalate projects to managers and be very well organized and be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects
  • Develops and implements network operations procedures
  • Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art network technology, equipment and systems
  • Under general supervision, plans, directs and controls the activities of network operations
  • Prepares activity, progress and service level agreement performance report
  • Serve as a technical and team leader and consultant for product development projects that involve multiple disciplines
  • Manage all facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals
  • Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on project
  • Facilitate collaboration with and between Development and Engineering, Production, Marketing, QA and Sales
  • Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • 2-4 years of Wireless PM experience plus Professional Engineer Registration or 2-4 years as Technology Consultant/Software Engineer
    • Strong PO Creation Experience and Tracking Experience
    • Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders, define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution
    • Requires strong understanding of all emerging technologies and network security policies and standards
    • Requires system knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SOTS, BMP, TIRKS and RMIN
    • Solid understanding of DHCP principles and ability to interface with server management groups supporting IP management is a must
    • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
    Preferred Experience & Education:
    • PMP
    • Master’s Degree
