Scope of Work:

Project Manager II provides project support and leadership to cross-functional teams consisting of members from key business functions and technical functions to document, analyze, and lead improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include: Project Management: Project evaluation, definition/goal setting, project planning and identifying/securing appropriate resources, delegating work and managing deliverables, analyzing complex information, developing and presenting recommendations to leadership, sharing information with appropriate internal/external constituents, Delivery of improved performance measurement capabilities, Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, Manage team responsible for several process improvement projects and/or activities, Overall responsibility for ensuring project implementation and/or support within scope of responsibility, to include activities such as process flow definition, operational readiness support, process documentation, communication, and/or project management. Bachelors degree or equivalent. 5-7 years related work experience.

Other Skills:

This Technical Project Manager II position will be responsible for project managing Backhaul delivery efforts within the Engineering Sales Support (ESS). The projects are typically initiated by the CNS group and include enhanced RF in-building coverage for our Business Customers using 3G and 4G technologies. As the Technical Project Manager you will provide project leadership to manage the design, installation and testing of TDM or Ethernet circuits in support of Custom Network Solution (CNS) projects. Responsibilities include: Ability to project manage multiple Backhaul projects and hold LEC¿s and AAV¿s accountable for meeting aggressive delivery timelines. Project Manage End-to-End Backhaul delivery including systems, process and site level activity by partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Create and scrub site level reports to assist with meeting Backhaul delivery milestones. Hold daily conference calls with internal and external stakeholders. Insure proper databasing is taking place to accurately account for circuit inventory. In-building DAS, Site Development, Provisioning, Engineering, Ethernet and Microwave experience are a plus. Up to 25% travel may be required
