C013013: Project Manager IT The role:
Opportunity for a strong Project Manager to lead highly visible, business critical projects including a portal program. This entails establishing a centralized portal that can be used across multiple departments, a centralized information system. In this role, the project manager will gain program manager responsibilities managing projects and programs end to end from original concept through final implementation. This is the ideal opportunity for a project manager looking for growth into program management.

The deliverables:
Project plans – creation and management.
Project scope.
Project budget – estimating and burn rates.
Project schedule– estimation and time tracking.
Resource management – work breakdown structures, status reports.
Risk management - risk logs, assumptions logs, and issue logs.

Change control plans. The qualifications:
5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in an IT environment.
Any experience working as a Program Manager is preferred.
Thorough knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified.
Ability in implementing project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality.
Thorough understanding and ability to manage complex project budgets.
Successful candidates are flexible and do not require a rigid black and white methodology.
A PMI PMP certified project manager is preferred. The technical:

Must have professional work experience with the following:
MS Excel.
MS PowerPoint
MS Project.
Formal methodologies – Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
Exposure with the below technologies will be considered a plus:
SharePoint.
MS Visio.

Competitive base salary.
