Our direct medical supply client located in Iselin, NJ is looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for the company's ongoing Oracle EBS HR R12 global implementation. This is a long-term consulting assignment which can go past 1 year.
The role involves total responsibility of managing the HR applications team to design, architect, and implement Oracle EBS HCM and other HRIS applications. The Project Manager will be responsible for business process improvement and integration, and provide technology solutions to meet the company's HR functional needs.
7 - 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM applications.
Ability to lead and collaborate with onsite, offsite, and offshore teams members.
Oracle EBS R12 experience is a must.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM applications is a plus.
Experience in implementing multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM applications is essential.
Configure/support Core HR, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Salary Management, Compensation Workbench and HR Data Security, etc.
Extensive functional and technical experience in Oracle EBS HR modules.
Experience in Oracle OBIEE, BI Publisher, and Web ADI development.
Experience with SQL and PL/SQL with a strong knowledge of the HR and workflows.
Experience in forms/OA framework personalization.
Maintain interfaces across systems including external applications.
Integration experience using Oracle FMW, EDI, and SOA Web Services is preferred.
Knowledge of workflow and AME approval process is desirable.
Experience in business process and system design.
Ability to perform business requirements gathering and GAP analysis is essential.
Experience in enforcing code quality and regression testing to ensure bug-free implementations.
Experience in leading functional, unit, integration and User Acceptance Testing.
Experience with Oracle AIM/Unified Implementation Methodology) AIM /UM templates.
Knowledge of EDI, Fusion middleware, and data warehouse applications is desirable.
Overall troubleshooting skills in a 24/7 production environment is desirable.
Exposure to Oracle learning management, benefits, payroll, and other HR applications is an addition.
MBA, PHR/SPHR, Six Sigma, PMP certification is preferred.
