POSITION & TASKS
This position is responsible for working with Field and SSG Partners to develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives to enhance PetsHotel financial performance and profitability. Position is also providing insights into PetsHotel performance and operations through data analysis. Key objectives include:

-Provide strategic insights into PetsHotel business
-Develop reports and measures to track the success or failure of initiatives
-Meet the business and financial goals of the PetsHotel group and those of the Services Department in total
The individual who fills this position should have strong excel and analytical skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop, lead, and analyze strategic initiatives to improve profitability and customer experience
-Support the PetsHotel operations team with report development and ad-hoc analysis
-Provide data driven analysis and insights to current operations and strategic initiatives
-Build financial models in support of proposed strategic initiatives

Experience/Education Required
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor level degree in Business or other related degree and 3-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. MBA a plus. Knowledge of PetSmart field, store and services operations preferred. Experience with BI/Data Warehousing Tool (MicroStrategy/Cognos or related tool), and demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Access, Excel, and other related applications
