Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst Job Description: • Drive Business Analyst delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle (SDLC). Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives. • Ensure best in practice standards are applied to project documentation, tracking of project documentation and sign offs. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately • Document and track detailed Business Analyst and stakeholder action items • Tightly manage change requests and ensure audit trail for documentation - ensure accuracy and maintenance of traceability matrices • Work closely with Finance to define all business requirements and confirm requirements/make decisions needed during the design and build phase • Ensure effective communication and coordination for implementation and ensure deliver timelines are met and manage effective escalation as required. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. • Work closely with other BAs and IT Application Services to define the Functional Design Documents and provide information needed to create IT test scenarios • Liaison between IT and Finance to facilitate communication on requirements and testing results • Define the user acceptance review process with the business and train users for testing, hosting workshops as required • Manage the creation of Test Plans and ensure testing is performed based on the Functional Design Documents and Business requirements • Effectively communicate relevant project information. • Identify and track issues and risks, assess impact, and execute resolution and/or mitigation plan. • Conduct project status sessions with representatives from any or all departments involved in the project • Dive into the detail as required to ensure successful delivery - problem solving and data analyst skills essential • Develop training and handover material and run training sessions

Requirements: • Minimum of eight years experience working as a Lead Business Analysis within the Investment Banking IT or Finance arena within a structured change function, not Run The Bank (RTB) • Minimum of six years experience working on Financial Reporting projects and on strategic initiatives with a concentration on Financial Services US Regulatory Reporting, and specifically the Broker Dealer • Background in the Financial Services Industry – preferably Investment Banking – Global Markets, Corporate Banking • Understanding of capital calculations and fixed income products. • Ability to motivate other team members and bring energy to the team • Process mapping tools and techniques, knowledge and ability to build use cases • Advanced knowledge in MS Office products • Awareness of Quality Management tools and techniques • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work remotely when required with technology and project team members globally. • Excellent team leader/worker, able to work in virtual teams in a matrix organizations • Motivated team player with a technical affinity, financial services experience and strong communication skills • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
