Contract Management (100%) - Manage orders, achieving client satisfaction in terms of delivery and technical requirements. Co-ordinate the Contract Information System (Computer Format), ensuring commercial profit margins are achieved. Provide customer service by anticipating and responding to customer queries as needed. Manage and motivate all resources allocated to the project, therefore enabling a successful completion. Your mission will also include raising internal sales orders and to operate BPCS Procedures for the release of equipment from our global corporate office in Antwerp, Belgium and booking in the UK.
Responsible for raising purchase orders with sub-suppliers mitigating all commercial and contractual risks to Atlas Copco Ltd. Check and authorize invoices. Co-ordinate and expedite materials, documents, inspections, delivery etc, including craneage where necessary. Co-ordinate customer’s expeditors and any external inspectors, including any necessary documentation. Prepare programs and plan production. Facilitate order amendments (C.I.S. quotes, design). Keeping open lines of communication by attending progress meetings (internal and at job site). Generate special payment invoices and prepare manuals (operations and maintenance) as necessary.
Responsible for co-ordinating any necessary spare parts schedules, including costings.
Co-ordinate, and attend when required, witness testing (group companies and vendors). Undertake ad hoc projects as required and prepare monthly project reviews giving accurate projections of project costs and subsequent outturn margins. You will also prepare project cashflow forecasts.

0-2 years of experience in application engineering (entry level with degree in mechanical or electrical engineering).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, as well as in IBM Lotus Notes applications. AutoCad experience is a plus. Must be able to read pneumatic/hydraulic flow diagrams and general arrangement drawings. Understanding of electrical drawings a plus. Some travel to customer sites required.
