ELIGIBILITY PROJECT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:
Managing a third party Medicaid eligibility project for 5 HCA facilities.

CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitors billing procedures and documentation, and provides updates with regulatory compliance; conducts periodic audits; and maintains files.
Manages and orients staff; assigns work, develops work schedules, instructs in proper procedures; assists with development and revision of department processes/procedures; monitors staff performance and provides feedback; ensures staff is obtaining adequate information; provides opportunity for associated training for staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in medical services
Experience managing or supervising 10 or more employees
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience
Familiarization for the following programs is required
- Medicaid
- Out Of State Medicaid
- Epic Software
