To develop, lead and integrate key elements of the High Value Healthcare Collaborative (HVHC) Program Management Office (PMO) to achieve strategic and operational goals. As a member of the HVHC PMO team, develops and achieves project(s) objectives, develops and facilitates execution of project plans, communicates project status to leadership, works effectively toward problem resolution. Delivers high quality results and participates and in strategic planning, establishes and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external stakeholders necessary to achieve shared goals, and advances the operational efficiency and scientific quality of HVHC programs.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Project management skills and ability to work independently, taking initiative to advance projects. Proven ability to effectively collaborate and interact with all levels of staff, management, and executive leadership. Strong organizational, administrative, problem resolution and negotiation skills. Ability to anticipate collaborative needs of a diverse and complex organizational structure. Proven ability to prepare reports, presentations and technical paper writing. Expertise in applying project management tools and interactive electronic technology. Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.
5-10 years project management experience in health care or other related field, preferably within a complex organization. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality improvement programs. Demonstrated ability to effect change.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care management, human resources or other relevant field. MS or MPH in public health or other relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
