The Project Manager will provide significant thought, leadership, tactical guidance, and hands on execution in working with P&L business teams to define and implement process stabilization, standardization, and improvement for ongoing Supply Chain operations.
In this role, you will:
Evaluate current Supply Chain business processes within defined work scope leading and executing initiatives
Develop and standardize processes across business entities Continually improve and streamline systemic and transactional processes
Adapt processes and/or system setup to accommodate changing business conditions and new business entities
Highlight additional opportunities to standardize
Lead efforts with functional and IT leadership
Ensure proper design, setup, testing, and implementation of major domestic Oracle ERP programs
Facilitate sharing of lessons learned across programs
Ensure adherence to and completion of business tollgates per plan
Effectively communicate the strategy and tactics of the programs
Apply functional and systemic expertise to creatively merge business systems (ERP, MES, PLM, etc) with process simplification initiatives
Lead process development workouts
Walk users through system options through trystorming in sandbox environment
Build and demonstrate functioning system solutions
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Supply Chain or IT environment)
Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience
Minimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP experience
