Due to growth atHomesite we are currently seeking two intelligent, energetic individual to join our IT group. In this position, you will monitor and manage application development lifecycle projects in order to deliver on project requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: *
  • Develop collaborative relationships with the appropriate business areas and partner effectively to deliver on project related commitments *
  • Develop project scope definition *
  • Develop and maintains project plan for all phases of the project *
  • Tracks progress against plan and works with the Delivery Manager to proactively manage needed changes to scope and resource allocations *
  • Maximize allocation of resources and ensure timeliness of delivery *
  • Provide appropriate status updates to the Delivery Manager and other stakeholders *
  • Ensure effective communications to team *
  • Develop and implement methodologies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Homesite IT's SDLC standards *
  • Ensure that that processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements *
  • Manage IT vendors to ensure timely and excellence delivery of services *
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive, relevant IT and/or consulting experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience *
  • Experience with Web development and e-business projects highly desired *
  • Successful delivery track record with 5+ years managing multiple application development projects *
  • Experience in a business analyst role, doing process definition and/or functional requirements *
  • Proven experience using standard SDLC methodologies and project management tools *
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet common objectives through teamwork *
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or Information Management *
  • PMP certification desired
