Insidesales.com is seeking a talented Project Manager (Scrum Master) who will provide project leadership, direction and support for software development teams. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing simultaneous complex, cross-functional projects while maintaining close working relationships with product owners and technical teams.

DUTIES

The Project Manager (Scrum Master) provides effective collaboration, facilitation, and accountability to support development processes and quality delivery of our SAAS application. The Project Manager (Scrum Master) will work closely with Development Managers to ensure on-time delivery of code and remove obstacles. This position is highly responsible and accountable for team performance, and requires technical understanding of software development life cycle and delivery. The successful candidate will:

Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
Create and maintain process documentation
Work with Development Managers to ensure teams practice Agile principles
Update agile tracking system to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs
Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice
Support development managers and project leads as necessary
Communicate consistently to improve transparency and radiate information
Assist team with making appropriate commitments through defining tasks
Identify and remove impediments; prevent distractions
Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
Help plan development schedules, manage major milestones, track user stories and tasks, ensuring successful completion within scope, time, and quality parameters
Work with Senior Project Manager and Development Managers to adapt project scope, schedules, and resource assignments throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years experience as a project manager on a technical team
Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
Experience working with an agile methodology on technically complex projects with multiple development teams
Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical issues
Highly adaptable to changing environment
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task
Bachelor's degree with relevant education
Certified Scrum Master preferred
