Collaboratively develop and execute project plans for new products and business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for managing individual development efforts and ensure that all parties are accomplishing tasks on schedule and on budget. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation and reviewing product performance through roll-out. Project Managers must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Each project must be handled professionally and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
A. Serve as cross-functional project manager coordinating the activities of IT, Operations, Customer Support teams and/or Corporate.
B. Manage project launch including the management of collateral material, pricing, packaging, customer presentations and sales training.
C. Work with Manager of Project management, Vendors, Legal, Finance and Partners to develop the project plans and documentation for new projects.
D. Assist in requirement gathering and documentation for new projects.
E. Work with IT to manage the system design including both the database and the interface for new projects.
F. Work with Director of Operations and other operations subject matter experts to ensure that the project is functional and that the proper processes have been put in place.
G. Work with PR/Compliance Manager to ensure compliance and brand appropriate review.
H. Actively participate in the quality assurance process to endure that the project fulfills requirement documentation.

A. A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, Business or related field.
B. Minimum three years’ experience in project management or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position.
C. PMP Certification preferred.
D. Must be detail and process oriented requiring demonstrated excellence in project management.
E. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
F. Must be proficient in utilizing computer systems, have general knowledge of office equipment, and have significant experience in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project.
G. Must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess good human relations skills.
H. Must be able to think independently and make sound decisions.
