The Project Manager will act as an internal technical consultant and provide hands-on support of efficient, cost-effective case automation systems and practice support applications.

Job Functions:
Consult regularly with clients to identify opportunities for automation.

Analyze written and oral user requirements and translate into project plans.

Work with and support case management systems and practice support applications, including, LAW Pre-Discovery, IPRO, TunnelVision, Concordance, iCONECT, InControl and Microsoft Access.

Direct projects with customers, production facilities sales team and/or software developers taking into account all end-user needs.

Perform eDiscovery processing including but not limited to data extraction, indexing, culling, keyword-searching, and file conversion and production/preparation of deliverables.

Support hosted databases including but not limited to data loading, database setup, configuration, searching and production.

Maintain relationships including current knowledge and communication with clients and external partners of support systems services consult with team members, clients and partners to establish quality control procedures.

Review and assess requests for practice support services.

Organize and implement equipment, supplies and services for use in practice support activities.

Provide instruction on practice-specific applications and case management systems.

Participate in database and application creation.

Assess, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and systems.

Respond effectively to dynamic customer requirements.

Proficiency in processes and best practices regarding ESI.

Assign production tasks and deadline to partners.

Establish temporary support services and centers for pretrial and trial activities.

Maintain superior knowledge of ESI processing systems and issues through professional reading and attendance at web and in-person seminars and technology shows.

Qualifications:
2-5 years of hands-on experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, law firm practice support and/or related consulting environment is required.

Demonstrated track record of success in managing multiple concurrent projects in a client service environment.

Experience with electronic discovery platforms required; experience with LAW, TunnelVision, iCONECT, IPRO, Concordance and/or Summation is preferred.

History of excellent customer service skills.

Experience with OCR, scanning and coding systems.

Extensive experience with large and complex litigation matters.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Communicates effectively with all levels of law firm personnel.

Must be a team player, leader, and tenacious problem solver.

Ability to work additional hours on very short notice.

Ability to travel to support clients in remote locations as required.
