Project Manager

Multi Service

, a global transaction management company specializing in billing and payment solutions, is looking for an ideal candidate for a Project Manager position. This person will work on a variety of high level projects within the department along with managing a team, coordinating resources, defining the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution and finalization of projects within the established timelines and budget.

The job responsibilities of the Project Manager are as follows:

· Interact with all users, program developers and Multi Service clients and facilitate collaboration

· Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

· Define project scope, goals and deliverables

· Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

· Manage project budget, estimate and track hours and costs associated with project

· Manage day to day operational aspects of a project to include preparing and managing project plans and schedules

and ensuring that work is prioritized appropriately in order to meet both long and short-term goals

· Manage performance and productivity of the team, effectively communicating expectations to project team members

· Planning, prioritizing, scheduling and managing software releases

· Understand issues and problems and develop feasible and efficient solutions

· Review deliverables prepared by project resources before passing to client/user

· Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

· Identify opportunities to control and/or reduce operational expenses and implement necessary processes or procedures

to achieve efficiencies while mitigating risk across project

· Actively participate in strategic planning for the business line

· Track project milestones and deliverables and provide status reports to management on a regular basis in an effort to

ensure target completion dates are met

· Manage all aspects of new program implementation and assist in turnover of program to support staff after project

goes live

· Other duties as assigned

W We are looking for the following in the ideal candidate:

· At least 5 years technical project management and leading multi-departmental projects experience are required

· Strong Project Management and process improvement background in a technical industry

· Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and knowledge of and experience with other project management tools

· Highly motivated and organized

· Attention to detail, high level/critical thinking, advanced problem solving and analytical skills

· Highly motivated with a strong capacity to learn and understand logical and technical issues are required

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and dynamic interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize tasks and time management skills to meet project deadlines

· Demonstrated ability to take an objective and devise and implement a viable plan of action

· Effectively work in both a team and independent environment

· College degree in a technical or project management field preferred

· Ability/willingness to modify working hours as needed to collaborate with international programming resources and

clients
