We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years of automation process controls engineering leadership experience interested in managing all aspects of project delivery, customer, scope, schedule, budget and staff on a portfolio of projects. Successful candidates will be responsible for customer satisfaction with scope and schedule performance, delivering targeted margin, and ensuring professional development of the team.
Report to Management Team on Progress Reports, Financial Analysis, and Scheduling information.
Work with technical staff to ensure project development and application of software and hardware technology.
Interact with customers to provide schedule information, invoicing, scope changes, change control, documentation, and overall project progress.
Ensure timely delivery of hardware, software, and buyouts services including engineering and site services as required.
Review project commercial and financial elements; provide planning, tracking and comparisons as needed on multiple projects.
Work with project team in maintaining and monitor all project paperwork, files and documentation on projects.
Ability to manage medium sized projects involving Emerson Hardware/Software and Extensive buyouts (includes Hardware/Software/Engineering) and NEC Engineering Services (including system design, hardware design, network design and application services)
Ability to multi-task and manage and monitor a variety of projects simultaneously.
BS in Engineering (Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical) or Business Management or equivalent
5-10 years experience as engineer lead or process area, technical discipline Project Manager; Process Controls Industry experience is highly desirable.
