Job Title: Project Manager I

The role of Research Now’s Project Manager is to provide world-class client service through managing our client’s custom market research projects. Flexibility to work on multiple projects, a natural aptitude for organization, and deadline-driven deliverable creation are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned
Manage multiple concurrent projects to schedule and budget in a fast paced environment with minimal error
Maintain organization and timelines among the internal teams
Proactively communicate with internal and external clients regarding project milestones, potential hurdles, etc.
Check questionnaire prior to scripting for suitability and adapt to online format, check screening criteria against project specifications, logical routing checks, and demographic information
Annotate questionnaire with programming notes and brief survey programmer prior to set-up
Test online survey and coordinate any amendments with client and programmer
Coordinate questionnaire translation when necessary
Coordinate survey closure and data preparation with data processing. Deliver data/tabs to client
Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
Personal qualities that are a must for the position include a proactive—do what it takes—outlook, excellent quantitative, spreadsheet, and data analysis skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a track record of achievement.
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
Minimum of 1-3 years of market research experience preferred
Skills & Knowledge
Must be an advanced user of a PC, the Internet, and the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
Experience with data analysis packages such as SPSS or ASCII while not required is a major plus.
Understanding of data delivery formats and experience of checking and verifying data, coding verbatims, checking tabulations, etc.
A strong technical aptitude while not required is a major plus
Foreign language skills a plus
