As Project Manager, you’ll direct initiatives and shepherd projects that help grow a world-class creative organization focused on team collaboration, not top-down bureaucracy . You’ll manage progressive programs backed by concrete analytics. By ensuring that Riot continues to be an ever-better, open environment that promotes learning and creativity, you’ll help inspire people to feats of ingenuity that improve player experiences. You’ll work with Rioters from specific disciplines ranging from People Operations to Finance, identifying the challenges they face and helping them tear through any red tape that stands between them and getting shit done. Your diligent stewardship will ensure that Rioters feel as though the projects they work on are highly visible, satisfying and adding value in tangible ways.

Communications guru: your well-honed presentation, persuasion and interpersonal skills help you to effectively communicate goals and strategies to fellow Rioters; you employ multiple communication tools to help get your point across and keep projects organized
Analytical: you’re able to expertly explore metrics and analyze trends to construct business cases that support your initiatives; the rigor of your analysis can withstand robust counter proposals
Partner with senior leadership to craft first-rate organization principles
Manage vendors to develop and implement a set of applications that’ll provide higher visibility into project deliverables
Help plot the roadmap that leads towards leveling-up the teams you work with, and then coordinate internal and external resources to execute on your strategic roadmap
Manage the project pipeline, including milestones, deliverables, resource matrices and risk mitigation
Maintain visibility on project status while clearly communicating project progress and risk mitigation paths
