Our client is seeking a SR Project Manager who will be reporting to the Director Professional Services this individual will own and lead specific customer engagements implementing our flagship SaaS testing solution This position is an integral part of a long term relationship with its customers and the efforts put forth by this individual will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship In order to succeed in this team this individual must have the passion and energy to work in a startup entrepreneurial and fast paced environment They must have the maturity confidence and experience to manage and partner with customers as well as the willingness energy and technical ability to roll up their sleeves and work directly with the solution This contract to hire opportunity will give the right candidate a challenging and rewarding environment in which to use their current skill set gain new skills and engage with many clients to become a valuable resource within the companys domain Job Responsibilities Own and lead multiple simultaneous customer engagements implementing the SaaS and Communitybased Testing solution Develop strong customer relationships that enable to become a trusted advisor for our customers’ ITQA managers and executives Provide both engagement and testing leadership to the customer Provide business and testing acumen for customers and strive to understand the comprehensive testing needs of your customers in order to best configure the solution and exceed customer expectations Gather testing requirements from client and translate into an actionable testing projects Ensure completion of deliverables managing schedules customer expectations meeting milestones and ensuring customer and project success Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the uTest product suite Work with the Professional Services team to channel commonalities across customers into uTest best practices across our products and our community Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion Work with Sales teams to identify areas of solution expansion Essential Skills Demonstrated ability to manage individual and engagementwide scope of work Demonstrated client relationship and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational analytical and problem solving skills Clientfocused attitude a customer advocate Team player with solid communication and presentation skill Competent with application software implementation and testing practices Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong skills in testing and QA Ability to lead client training testing scope and knowledge transfer sessions both remote and onsite A proven track record of meeting with senior management and executives as the subject matter expert High level knowledge of enterprise IT organizational business and technical environments Experience Education Over 7 years of system implementation or consulting experience with at least three years as a senior consultant or project manager A strong knowledge of the QATesting domain Mobile application experience desired QA, IT, training
