General Accountabilities:

The Project Manager plans, executes and finalizes projects within expected cost and timeframe and with the expected benefits. These efforts include coordinating the initiatives of multiple matrixed teams and external clients in order to deliver according to plan and/SLA. This position reports to the PMO Leader.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field is required field; §

Business Process Outsourcing, Financial services and/or asset management experience preferred; §

Excellent oral and written communication skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; §

Demonstrated ability to direct and manage multiple projects concurrently from beginning to end; §

Ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; §

Ability to define project charter, project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals; §

Ability to translate deliverable and execute on plans using differing project management methodologies; §

Ability to identify and remove roadblocks at all levels of the organization; §

Demonstrated experience with Agile or other project management methodologies; §

Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external organizations; §

Proven ability to take ownership of process improvements and efficiencies (identify, document and implement); §

Positive attitude, averse to the status quo, always looking to improve current processes and procedures; §

Proven track record leading successful projects and programs on time and under budget; §

Excellent management skills to coordinate with matrixed teams, clients, and project stakeholders; §

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential conflicts and devise appropriate contingency plans; §

Manage all issues, risks and appropriate contingency plans associated with the project; §

Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization; §

Ability to manage and motivate project team to focus on quality deliverables; §

Demonstrated Risk Management and Quality management skills; §

A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive and professional environment; and §

Ability to travel a minimum of 20% percent of the time.
