Assist with developing and defining project management strategy
  • Manage scope of initiatives and monitor change requests
  • Develop, manage and monitor project schedules and interdependencies and perform time estimates for change requests
  • Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions when required
  • Develop, manage and monitor project and initiative budgets
  • Assist and recommend appropriate project and initiative resources and staffing and alert management to any potential conflicts
  • Prepare communications (e.g., status reports) as requested
  • Identify and analyze initiative risks and provide mitigation strategies/plans
  • Refine, manage and monitor initiative results, including the use of metrics and key performance indicators
  • Develop standard operating procedures, template and tools in the areas of schedule management, risk management, configuration management, and quality assurance
  • Capture and share lessons learned and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field. Project management (PMP certification)

    Minimum Experience Required:
    • 10+ yrs experience project management including Information Technology (IT) projects dealing in software development or IT Infrastructure
    • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects, pilot/proof of concept projects, and Business Transformation initiatives
    • MS Project, analytical/critical thinking, consultative problem solving, interpersonal communication, flexibility, negotiation
    • Team leadership, MS SharePoint, software development, multi-tasking, attention to detail, Earned Value, CMMI, ITIL V3 foundations Certified.
