STRUCTURAL collaborates with clients to improve infrastructure by combining our award-winning specialty construction, repair and maintenance services with our proprietary technologies to provide innovative solutions for demanding engineering and construction challenges.

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Project Manager for our branch in the East Bay Area, specifically in Benicia, CA. Our Project Managers are responsible for generating innovative repair solutions, providing strong field management, negotiating contracts and material purchases, scheduling, and managing subcontractors equipment. Project Managers are also involved in the estimating process and are responsible for managing costs/budgets throughout the duration of a project. We rely on our Project Managers to develop and maintain strong client relationships and to deliver safety and quality control to our job sites.

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field

Prior profit and loss responsibility over multiple projects in excess of $2 million

Be accustomed to working on projects with urban site conditions, high-rise structure access

Minimum of 6 years experience in a construction project management role

More than 10 years of construction related experience, specifically with Masonry and Concrete Restoration

Previous experience leading multiple structural restoration and repair projects simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to negotiate basic contracts and subcontract as well as the ability to evaluate risk and loss exposure on projects managed

Previous experience working for a self-performing contractor

Experience working with union trades
