The successful candidate will be self-driven and highly accountable for high volume coordination of multiple on-going projects between US and China teams. This individual will also have a high level technical background in the consumer internet, software, or mobile space.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional communication and coordinate technical delivery of mobile programs by partnering with all stakeholders.

Interact and communicate effectively with production staff in China (ie. emails, phone and conf-calls). Chinese language skills is mandatory.

Track, manage, and push objectives. Communicate plans and solutions at a high level.

Follow-up with project resources for tracking deliverables.

Manage schedules and task breakdowns for projects and teams.

Track progress and identify issues and risks throughout the product development lifecycle.

Generate timely and accurate status updates to be communicated throughout the organization.

Create and nurture collaboration, communication, team excellence, quality and consistency.

Work on special projects as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience in an engineering role or technical project management role.

Prior project management experience in the internet, software, mobile, or consumer internet space a must.

Technical competencies a must. Must understand and speak technical terms including software implementation processes, etc. Some ability to program and/or prior experience developing a product helpful.

PMP certification helpful.

Intermediate MS Excel skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite of products.

Fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent follow through.

Prior experience working globally in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams helpful.
