The Project Manager is responsible for accomplishing project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities and advising the COO of the status.A Project Manager has responsibility for defining the project, building its comprehensive work plan, and managing to the budget; managing teams by facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles, and motivating team members and; managing expectations by aligning projects to goals, managing stakeholders, and communicating project status, milestones and unexpected difficulties effectively.

Primary Job Functions:
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and review;
  • Prepares and completes action plans; Implements production, productivity, quality and customer service standards;
  • Responsible for maintaining open lines of communications with all stakeholders and proposing modification to plans based on changing needs;
  • Resolves problems, completes audits; identifies tends;
  • Proposes system improvements and implements change;
  • Meets project financial objective by forecasting requirements and prepares project budget in collaboration with project leader;
  • Analysis and Report development;
  • Schedules expenditures; analyzes variances; initiates corrective actions
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must possess at least 2 years of professional experience with project management as the primary job responsibility
  • Must have familiarity and sound understanding of Microsoft Project or other management software
  • Must have prior experience developing budgets and tracking budget expenses
  • Prior experience using process improvement and management proficiency is essential
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communications skills are required
  • Must have the ability to mediate between stakeholders with conflicting priorities
  • Strong organizational skills are essential
