Primary Objective(s)
The primary function of this position is client-facing web-based technical project management. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution and day-to-day management of a project, portions of a project, or ongoing support activities for multiple clients and meeting the established scope, estimated costs, and timelines. Typical activities include scope management, schedule development, project planning, budget management, resource management, quality assurance, and oral and written client communications. The PM will partner with other project team members to ensure that Hubbard One's deliverables meet all project requirements, client expectations, and are of the highest quality.

Project Communication & Consultation
Serves as first line of support for client trouble-shooting and questions
Maintains project communication internally and externally
Communicates project objectives and success criteria internally and externally
Establishes a consultative relationship with client contacts in order to guide functional planning, digital design and project process
Project Process
Adapts and applies the Hubbard One project approach and development process to meet project objectives and business drivers
Ensures the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects

Sets project quality and performance standards and performs functional level quality assurance
Project Deliverables
Performs functional level quality assurance
Oversees, develops and delivers project deliverables, including
Business and creative strategy documents
Functional documentation
Site maps
Wireframes
Business Development
Partners with senior project management team in identifying additional client needs and opportunities for new business

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
5 years of work experience at least 2 of which includes
Project management in-house or at an agency
Work on rapid development, small team, technology projects
Work on web technologies and/or database functionality
Demonstrated familiarity with project management principles and practices
Demonstrated client management and communication skills
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in strategic web technology deployments and database functionality
Shown success and interest in a client service role
Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills
Management or technical consulting and/or legal services market experience is a plus
