Job Summary: Plan, initiates, and manages software implementation and upgrade projects. Serve as liaison between business and internal resources to achieve defined outcome. Monitors project plan to assure deadlines and quality standards met. Communicates regularly and frequently to all necessary parties regarding progress.

Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management – While managing multiple projects is responsible for the establishment of projects goals, schedule, milestones and procedures.

· Stakeholder Communication - Conducts weekly status meetings that effectively track progress, communicate issues and provide status updates to management and other team members.

· Process Improvement – Will assist in the creation of a formal project management process by developing project templates and/or other appropriate documentation. Documents lessons learned from own projects and works with others in strategic review of overall project management procedures/processes to improve efficiency and standardization.

The primary Competencies associated with this position include Planning, Meeting Management, Communication, Problem Solving, and Sense of Urgency.

Preferred candidates will have three or more years of related work experience within a technology-focused company. PMP certification, a plus.
