ValleyCrest Design Group has a Project Manager Position available within its Orange County Design Office. We offer employees the opportunity to work on a variety of project types at every level of project development – from conceptual design through construction. We work closely with developers, master builders, architects, and others on some of the foremost master planned communities, destination hotels and resorts, town centers, and multi-family residential communities. A Project Manager will be responsible for the project’s development from its Conceptual phase through Field Observation. This will include participation in the design process in support of the Studio Principal and Design Principal, scheduling of manpower needs and fee management control. A Project Manager will manage the preparation of project’s budgets, the coordination of consultants, the research material selection, and other project related tasks. The following duties shall be performed as part of the Project Manager Role:

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture
5 to 7 years experience in the landscape architecture industry
Strong work ethic
Effective oral and written communication and graphic skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent hand graphics and previous Autocad, Sketch-Up, In Design, and Photoshop experience
Design process participation experience
Project Management experience (One (1) Year Minimum)
Passion for Landscape Architecture
