Principle Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage issues and risks across diverse organizational units, ensure appropriate stakeholders participation, timely resolution and reporting
Quickly assemble and lead cross organizational high performance teams, creating collaborative environment and executing with a sense of urgency
Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create accurate estimates, develop budgets and project plans, and produce high quality project documentation.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes in role and responsibility as required
Drive efficiency by utilizing Visa Project Management Methodology (PMM) processes and tools; ensure full compliance with PMM and Key Controls
Efficiently navigate Visa’s organizational structure to identify impacts, stakeholders and authorities
Provide timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders
Lead boldly and utilize hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels towards the common goal
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
Maintain meticulous records of projects and program financials, issues, risks, decisions, and schedules to achieve target scope, timing and budget.
Qualifications
Qualifications
3 years experience in project management, PMP certified
1 years experience in project management at Visa
Cross functional experience in business and technical areas at Visa
Analytical, organized, accurate, and detail oriented with fact based consultative discipline
Ability to handle multiple assignments projects without quality degradation
Familiarity with Visa products, technology, and operations
Understanding of Visa processes and tools
Solid judgment
Execute well under stress of high stakes assignments
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to influence and engender confidence with stakeholders at all levels and in all functions/geographies
Independent self-starter and quick learner
Security experience is a plus
