The Project Manager has overall accountability for multiple complex projects from RFP submission through launch. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects within their responsibility are on track and following the established business plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Understand requirements from RFPs and turn them into actionable tasks.
Interface with sales, product and development teams to ensure understanding of requirements, resolve issues and create project calendars.
Hold team members accountable for completing tasks.
Provide weekly status updates and escalate issues to executive team as needed.
Manage multiple projects in different phases and drive each forward.
Organize and facilitate effective meetings.
Identify and delegate action items, follow-up / track action items to resolution; update project plans and deliverables; and as required identify issues and ultimately resolve issues off-line (to ensure effective meetings at all levels).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Result driven professional with Bachelor/Master degree and 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
Excellent organizational skills and a structured working method.
Expert problem solver with an ability to quickly assess a scenario, define action items, work with teams for resolution and delight the customer in the delivery.
The ability to work autonomously and within a team setting.
Experience managing projects spanning multiple teams in multiple countries.
Ability to travel, work on-site with customers and be accessible non-standard business hours as necessary.
