About the Job:
Project Management is all about "schedule" and "closure" when it comes to our client's projects. With an eye toward the big picture, you drive projects to fruition & iterate them forward with powerful mastery. On-time and on budget! You understand and have implemented Agile/Scrum Development. You're a motivational team leader with a "can do" attitude with virtually all employees, vendors and clients.

Defining project tasks, dependencies, resources and timeline

Outlining project within Project Management System

Gathering all required assets from the client

Managing internal and external resources

Ensuring team members understand deliverables and have task lists

Putting together technical write-up for programming features of the site

Making sure projects stay within timetables and budgets

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients

While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the clients while managing their expectations

You arrive at 8 am ready to tackle a queue of emails, voice messages, and daily tasks. By noon you've handled 5 calls and urgent issues for clients…you barely made a dent in your intended tasks. Midday, your team shows you a homepage comp design to make sure it's in line with scope, before you send it to client for approval. A Sales Associate returns to the office midafternoon, excited about a great new client meeting, and needs your help preparing for the kick off meeting scheduled for the next morning. As the day is nearing an end, you are preparing for the meeting you quickly realize that you have five "to-do's" that must be completed and responded to the client by end of day.
